Cancellation Policy for Cherry Picker Hire
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and plans may need to change. To ensure a transparent and fair cancellation process for equipment hires, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Notice Period:
Cancellations must be made in writing or by email to our rental office.
A minimum notice period of 72 hours/3days is required for cancellation. Please refer to your rental agreement for the specific notice period applicable to your reservation.
2. Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made within the notice period will not incur any cancellation fees.
Cancellations made outside of the notice period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total rental cost. The specific percentage may vary depending on the duration and type of rental. Please refer to your rental agreement for precise details.
